How to Order

Just put the wanted items into your shopping cart and after you done go to the Checkout page. There you have to fill the form with your billing & shipping address and choose your shipping method. After you done click the Purchase button and pay for your order. Registration is not mandatory for ordering from us, you can just check out as a guest.

Payment Methods

Credit Card payment via Barion

Payment process handled by Barion through their encrypted site. Our webshop only receives the information of your transaction status. We do not receive your credit card data. You don’t need a Barion account to complete a payment.

Available for Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Electron or Amex cards.

PayPal Payments Standard

Our webshop system use Paypal Payments Standard to receive payments. This means you can pay your order with your Paypal account if you have one or with your Credit or Debit Card (VISA, Master Card) without having a Paypal account.

Wire Transfer

If you don’t have Credit Card and/or Paypal, you can choose the Direct Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer option. We will give you all the information you need to send us your payment. Orders will be sent out only after we received your transfer on our account.

Return Policy

Do you have a problem with your order? Send us an email and let us know what’s wrong and how we can help you. Products may be returned within 14 business days for a refund or if defective replaced with a new product.

Unused items can be replaced or sent back for a refund (excluding shipping) as long as they are in the original state. There must be no visible wear to the product and the original packaging must be intact and included. Products that are not defective may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on a case by case basis.

Damaged products caused by your own fault won’t be replaced. With manufacturing defects we will help you mediate with the brand.

Products such as Mystery Box, strings, pads and other accessories due to their nature are non refundable items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
